• Liaise with clients and internal teams to manage customer care issues, variations, and additional works
• Attend regular site and client meetings, providing clear and professional updates
• Support the Contracts Manager with administrative and logistical tasks as required
• Promote a positive and collaborative site culture, mentoring junior team members where needed
What We're Looking For

• Supervisory or foreman-level experience with strong site coordination capabilities
• A proactive and hands-on leadership approach
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and sites simultaneously
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence - company van and fuel card provided
What's on Offer
• Competitive salary £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
• Company van & fuel card
• Excellent scope for career progression within a growing business
• Opportunity to work on a wide range of landscaping and external works projects
• Supportive working environment with ongoing training and development
• Stable, full-time permanent role with a strong pipeline of upcoming work
