Location: Highlands of Scotland
Duration: 3 years
Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum based on experience
An exceptional opportunity awaits a seasoned Commercial Manager to spearhead a prestigious multi-million pound new build project nestled in the breathtaking Highlands of Scotland. This role offers an exciting challenge for an individual passionate about delivering excellence and leading a significant project from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight: Lead the commercial aspects of a large-scale new build project, overseeing budgets, costs, and financial performance.
Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure Project milestones are achieved efficiently.
Financial Control: Implement robust financial controls, monitor expenditures, and mitigate risks to maintain project profitability.
Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with project teams to provide commercial expertise and guidance, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial projects, preferably with a focus on steel frame construction.
Commercial Acumen: Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to optimise Project costs and deliver within budgetary constraints.
Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate project teams toward achieving project objectives.
Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques to secure favourable terms and manage contractual agreements effectively.
Qualifications: Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualifications in construction management or a related field.
