Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee major Civil and Infrastructure Projects in the captivating Highlands of Scotland, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and inspire on-site teams to excel, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and exceptional workmanship.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
- Be the driving force behind problem-solving, adapting to project challenges, and ensuring objectives are met.
Qualifications and Experience:- Proven experience as a Civils Site Manager with a successful track record in major Civil and Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills, capable of motivating on-site teams and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and project collaboration.
- Ability to adapt, solve problems, and deliver on project objectives in a dynamic and challenging environment.
