- Description
- I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well known and highly respected Civil Engineering company in the North East of Scotland.
If you are a Contracts Engineer or a Senior Civils Site Manager looking to take the next step, I would like to hear from you!
The Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years industry experience
• Previous operational management experience
• The ability to manage, coordinate and maintain multiple task requirements
• Awareness and understanding of contracting principles
• Strong civil engineering sector knowledge and business understanding
• Multi utility knowledge beneficial.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
The Duties:
• Develop commercial opportunities of tender stage
• Build, maintain, create and develop customer relationships
• Produce effective short- and long-term project programmes
• Produce monthly progress reports
• Allocate resources and manage workloads
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Monitor project performance, taking timely corrective action where necessary
• Conduct project close out and report lessons learned'
• Continual review of Operational processes and strategies
• Support the timeous formulation and release of detailed management reports
• Monitor staff performance and undertake staff appraisals
