- My Client Based in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, are currently seeking a Civils Site Supervisor/Foreman to undertake a variety of challenging and rewarding work across the North East of Scotland.
The successful candidate will first be an existing Groundworks or General Civils Supervisor/Foreman who has experience in providing and supervising Groundworks and Drainage on residential, commercial and/or infrastructure sites, or a talented Ganger who is confident about taking the next step in their career
The Role:
To be the number two on site under the Site Manager and supervise a high quality Groundworks, Drainage and Foundation teams to ensure all jobs are completed to a high spec working closely with Contract Managers and the team to ensure all work is completed on time. Getting involved with the teams when required. Dealing with the Health & Safety paperwork ensuring everyone is complying with the health & safety regulations on site.
About you:
A minimum of 5 years' experience working within general Civils disciplines
A minimum of 2/3 years' experience working within Specific areas of Groundworks and Drainage
Previous experience supervising groundwork teams
Must hold CSCS/SSSTS/First Aid
Must be willing to get "hands on" with the teams when required
Full Driving Licence
H&S knowledge and certificates
