We are recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer looking to appoint a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of new housing developments from inception through to completion.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
·Manage all day-to-day site operations on a live housing development.
·Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site labour.
·Ensure build programmes and completion dates are achieved.
·Maintain the highest standards of health and safety across site.
·Monitor build quality and ensure compliance with NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
·Prepare for and manage NHBC inspections.
·Liaise with technical, commercial, sales and customer care teams throughout the build process.
·Manage site records, progress reports and Health & Safety documentation.
·Drive productivity while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.
·Ensure homes are completed to a high standard ahead of customer handover.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
·Previous experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding.
·A proven track record of delivering quality housing developments.
·Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
·Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
·SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
·A full UK driving licence.
