- Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to join a leading construction contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the Highlands?
Our client is a well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across the commercial, education, healthcare and public sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
·Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
·Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site labour.
·Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme and budget.
·Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
·Monitor quality and ensure works meet specification.
·Chair site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and the wider project team.
·Manage site documentation, progress reports and inspections.
·Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on programme.
About You
·Previous experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
·Experience delivering commercial, education, healthcare or public sector projects.
·SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications.
·Strong leadership and communication skills.
·Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
·Full UK driving licence.
