- A growing building services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced FM Estimator to join its commercial team in Glasgow.

This role sits within a service-led environment, supporting pricing across planned/reactive works & Maintenance schemes across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
· Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
· Reviewing drawings, specifications, and schedules of rates
· Pricing service, maintenance, and reactive works
· Obtaining and assessing subcontractor and supplier quotations
· Supporting framework and negotiated opportunities
· Ensuring accurate and timely submission of tenders
· Maintaining commercial awareness throughout the estimating process
About You
· Experience in an Estimator role
· Background within FM, building services, maintenance, or similar service-led environments
· Experience pricing reactive or service-based work preferred
· Strong numerical and analytical skills
· Ability to interpret technical documents and schedules
· Proficient in Excel and estimating software
· Strong organisational skills with ability to manage deadlines
· Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
