·Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and materials
·Drive continuous improvement in site operations and construction delivery processes
Requirements:

·Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and site management processes
·Experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and subcontractor packages
·Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
·Proactive, solution-focused, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
·Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
·Familiarity with health & safety regulations and best practices on site
·Professional qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying (preferred but not essential)
What We Offer:

·Supportive, collaborative, and ambitious work environment
·Competitive salary with performance-related incentives
