Description
Freelance Site Manager House Building

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a house building project on a freelance, ongoing basis in North East England (just outside Newcastle).

Role details:

Sector: Residential / House Building
Freelance position
Ongoing work
Location: North East (near Newcastle)
Rates: Negotiable DOE

You'll be responsible for day-to-day site management, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining H&S standards, and driving quality and programme on a live housing development.
