- Are you a hands-on Site Manager ready to take the lead on exciting residential projects? Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join their expanding team.
About the role: As Site Manager, you will oversee residential projects from start to finish. You'll be the main point of contact on-site, managing teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on responsibility and enjoys seeing a project come together from foundations to completion.
Key responsibilities:
•Lead and manage site operations for residential projects, ensuring all works meet safety, quality, and budget standards
•Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain smooth communication and workflow
•Track project progress, costs, and resources, preparing regular updates for senior management
•Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
•Proactively resolve day-to-day site issues
•Work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to deliver exceptional results
What we're looking for:
•Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
•Solid understanding of health & safety, planning, and site processes
•SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications are essential
•Ability to motivate teams and work effectively under pressure
•Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations
