- Project Support Administrator
Full-Time | 39 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Traveling between sites as and when required.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a CSR & Project Support Administrator to join a dynamic team working across multiple construction and development sites throughout the UK.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, adaptable, and enjoys a varied working environment. You'll support the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) function while also providing essential admin support to project teams on-site.
Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role, as regular travel between sites is required. Occasional overnight stays may be necessary, with all travel and accommodation expenses covered by the company.
Key Responsibilities
CSR Support:
• Contribute to the delivery of internal sustainability targets and objectives
• Assist in meeting CSR and KPI requirements agreed at project tender stage
• Gather and submit evidence for client reporting
• Support delivery of social value initiatives within local communities
• Assist project sites with Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) audits
• Attend and present at community or educational engagement events when required
Project Administration:
• Upload and manage technical drawings and specifications from design teams/supply chain
• Maintain and update supplier records and ensure documentation is accurate and current
• Provide document management support across projects
• Support site setup and promote best practice standards
• Assist in compiling documentation for internal compliance audits
• Work with internal systems to manage and retrieve data efficiently
• Support wider project tasks in line with company procedures and compliance standards
What You'll Need
Skills & Attributes:
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Confident in presenting to clients and external partners
• Good initiative, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
• Strong IT literacy - particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Reliable, well-organised, and proactive
Experience & Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of administration experience (preferred)
• National 5s / GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent - required)
• Additional qualifications are an advantage
