About the Role
We're recruiting on behalf of a respected housebuilder for a Sales Administrator to join their team in Stirling.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll be supporting the Sales Director, Sales Managers, and wider Sales Team by providing a full range of administrative support across sales processes, reporting, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate weekly sales reports from Salesforce, including reservations, exchanges, cancellations, and completions
• Prepare monthly settlement statements for solicitors
• Liaise daily with solicitors regarding contract exchanges and completions
• Manage weekly client extras submissions and update internal records
• Handle telephone and email enquiries from prospective clients
• Provide data for internal surveys and performance tracking
• Update holiday records for the Sales Team
• Send completion certificates to solicitors for file processing
• Raise cheque and refund requests, prepare supporting documentation for accounts
• Attend weekly sales and build meetings
About You
We're looking for someone with strong administrative experience, ideally gained in a property, housebuilding, or customer-facing environment.
You will also have:
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
• A confident and professional phone manner
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting a busy team
• The ability to pick up new systems quickly (experience with Salesforce is a bonus)
