- Description
- My client is looking for a Site Agent to join their team in Dornoch. The ideal client will have experience on residential housing sites.
As Site Agent, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements
·Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project milestones
·Oversee programme planning, resourcing, and quality control
·Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
·Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
·Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
About You:
·Proven experience as a Site Agent ideally on residential housing projects
·Strong knowledge of construction processes and H&S standards (SMSTS, CSCS essential)
·Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
·Ability to manage programmes, resources, and subcontractors effectively
·A results-driven approach with a commitment to quality and safety
