C&P Recruitment has partnered with an award-winning SME to secure a Site Manager for a new housing development in the Scottish Borders. Our client specialises in new build residential projects and has an ever-growing pipeline of work. They are based in Edinburgh but have recently won projects in the Scottish Boarders so their ideal candidate will be based in the Boarders or happy to commute.
Primary Responsibilities:
·Manage day-to-day site operations and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
·Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
·Ensure construction is delivered on time and to client's expectations.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
·Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects.
·A track record of delivering high-quality developments
·Strong leadership and communication skills.
·Knowledge of NHBC standards and criteria
·Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
