Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality homes?
C&P Recruitment has partnered with, an award-winning residential developer in Edinburgh who are looking to expand their team. Our client specialises in Architectural Joinery and has a strong reputation in the Scottish market. Due to an increase in workload our client is looking for an additional Project Manager to join on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, schedules and resources both on site and in the workshop
- Ensure all project deliverables are met in accordance with the contract and client expectations
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the residential development sector
- A strong back ground in Joinery is essential
- Strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and project delivery
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
