- Description
- We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a Main Contractor who specialize within high end refurbishment and Joinery manufacturing in Edinburgh on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company who pride themselves in being one of Scotlands top high end construction companies,they have a large pipeline of work and really look after there employees (benefits, training, progression opportunities etc..)
You will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day management of a project managing a mixture of directly employed labour and sub-contractors. The ideal candidate must have good general construction knowledge and experience working with refurbishment/fit outs.
Projects will be within residential refurbishment & commercial sector, the candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to safely manage the project and successful delivery.
Experience and Qualifications- Demonstrable Site Management experience
- SMSTS & First Aid
- Must be able to demonstrate refurbishment/fit out experience
- Appropriate CSCS card
- Full UK Driving Licence
