Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a New Build Housing Project in Edinburgh.

This company have a large workload, can offer long term work and career progression for the right person.

Duties will include but not limited to:
• Supervising and allocating duties to site operatives, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Manage sub-contractors
• Managing safety on site.
• Attending and providing progress updates at team meetings
• Maintaining daily records of site activities

Must Have
  • SMSTS
  • Previous New Build Experience
