Description
Fit Out site manager needed for a job in city centre Edinburgh. The job involves a refurbsihment and fit out of an exisiting office in central west end.

the job will involve a 4 storey fit out of office facilities, gym, cafe bar and office equipment.

the site manager will be responsible for overseeing all of the subcontractors (5/6) and representing the project management company alongside a contracts manager. they will also be overseeing an in house team of tradesmen.

SMST, First Aid and other tickets very desirable.

5 month contract with the secondary fit out starting shortly after.
