- Description
- My client is currently looking for an experienced residential housing site manager / Senior site manager for a niche housing contractor in the Central Belt.
The upcoming site will consist of c400 Units comprising the client's own design styles.
The client utilised a contractor to deliver the previous project but intends to utilise their own resources this time combined with direct labour and specialist sub contractors.
The successful candidate will be part of an expanding management team and with scope to expand the role into a Contracts Manager position as further sites come online.
This role will begin in advance of build to allow sufficient time to review and input into the infrastructure programme, build route, selection of sub contractors and necessary health and safety procedures and documentation so a detailed and indepth knowledge of pre site preparation work is also essential.
