Are you a motivated and detail-oriented construction professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join our clients team at a premier new-build housing development in East Dunbartonshire.
Working hand-in-hand with the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality homes safely, on time, and to budget. ·Health & Safety: Drive a culture of safety across the development by conducting site inductions, delivering toolbox talks, and performing regular safety inspections.
·Progress Tracking: Monitor build schedules against construction programmes, maintaining detailed records of labour levels and milestones.
·Customer Care: Support the handover process to ensure a seamless experience for new homeowners.

·Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
·A trade background or a construction-related qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
·A valid UK driving licence.
