Description
New opportunity for a Property Manager in Dundee.

Our client is recruiting for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join their dynamic Sales and Lettings department in Dundee.

The Role:
  • They are looking to enhance their team by bringing on board an experienced Property Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Assisting in the onboarding of new properties.
  • Conducting routine inspections every six months, and proactively following up with landlords and tenants to address any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
  • Reviewing properties during inspections to identify maintenance and refurbishment opportunities, and recognizing potential renovation prospects.
  • Assisting with the addition of properties and landlords to our systems, including SME, AML, and ensuring signed terms of business.
  • Reviewing applications with landlords and notifying administrators of successful applicants.
  • Proactively reviewing rent levels before re-marketing properties.
  • Sending weekly Property Performance Reports to landlords while their properties are on the market.
  • Managing key corporate relationships, developing strategies to maximise new business opportunities.
  • Serving as the primary contact for new business leads from major corporate accounts, pitching and converting these leads into clients.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns, providing updates, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and value for key accounts through upselling additional services or optimising property portfolios.
