- My client is a leading construction firm known for a mix of civil and construction projects. With projects ongoing for renewables and utilities there is also the construction of commercial and industrial units as well as bespoke homes.
My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Site Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from remote locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to coordinate and manage site activities. There is accommodation provided as well as a competitive salary and package for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
·Coordinate and communicate effectively with on-site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
·Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
·Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
·Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
·Conduct regular meetings and site inspections.
·Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management.
·Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and company standards.
Qualifications:
·Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
·Valid CSCS card - Management
·SMSTS
·Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
·Excellent project management and organisational skills.
·Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
·Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
