Description
C&P Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly regarded client of ours who have award winning high end developments all across Scotland.

Our highly regarded client is looking for a contracts manager to start as soon as possible. Based in Edinburgh, but will need to be willing to travel to oversee different sites.

Pay rate is negotiable on experience and references provided.

You must have the following experience to apply for this role:
  • Highly experienced in quality joinery installations
  • Ability to manage a project post tender to handover
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Manage Labour requirements
  • Work to Contract Programmes
  • High degree of Health and Safety obligations
  • Ability to track financial aspects of each project and report to Directors
To be accepted for this role you must have:
  • SMSTS or SSSTS
  • First aid
  • CSCS card
  • Full PPE
