An exceptional opportunity awaits a seasoned and dynamic Senior Contracts Manager to spearhead a diverse Project in the tranquil landscapes of Rural Aberdeenshire. This role offers a unique blend of new build and refurbishment/renovation in this major project, with accommodation and subsistence provided for the duration of the assignment.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Oversight: Lead and manage a £30 million Project encompassing new build and refurbishment/renovation works.
- Contract Management: Ensure effective contract administration, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Spearhead project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and safety.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
Requirements:- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant Contracts Manager role within construction projects.
- Certifications: Up-to-date construction certifications and qualifications.
- Project Diversity: Proven expertise in managing a mix of new build and refurbishment/renovation projects.
- Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK.
