Senior Contracts Manager - Rural Aberdeenshire

An exceptional opportunity awaits a seasoned and dynamic Senior Contracts Manager to spearhead a diverse Project in the tranquil landscapes of Rural Aberdeenshire. This role offers a unique blend of new build and refurbishment/renovation in this major project, with accommodation and subsistence provided for the duration of the assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Lead and manage a £30 million Project encompassing new build and refurbishment/renovation works.
  • Contract Management: Ensure effective contract administration, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Spearhead project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and safety.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant Contracts Manager role within construction projects.
  • Certifications: Up-to-date construction certifications and qualifications.
  • Project Diversity: Proven expertise in managing a mix of new build and refurbishment/renovation projects.
  • Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK.
