Description
Job Title: Senior Civils Quantity Surveyor - M&E Infrastructure Experience Preferred
Location: Scottish Highlands
Salary: Industry-Leading, Plus Fixed Annual Bonus, Profit-Related Bonus Scheme, Company Car, Company Pension

Are you an accomplished Senior Civils Quantity Surveyor with a track record in construction and civil engineering? Our client, a distinguished company based in the breathtaking Scottish Highlands, is seeking an exceptional professional to join their team. While M&E Infrastructure experience is preferred, applications from all construction and civil engineering disciplines are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the quantity surveying activities related to civil engineering projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Utilise your expertise in Quantity Surveying to assess project costs, manage budgets, and provide accurate financial forecasts.
Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering effective working relationships and successful project delivery.
Play a pivotal role in setting objectives, solving complex issues, and contributing to the growth and success of projects.
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Civils Quantity Surveyor in construction and civil engineering projects.
  • M&E Infrastructure experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage budgets, assess project costs, and provide accurate financial forecasts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, crucial for effective stakeholder engagement and contract management.
  • A track record of setting and achieving realistic objectives and solving complex problems in a proactive and practical manner.
