Description
Job Title: Site Manager Location: West of the Scottish Highlands Duration: 14 Months Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + Performance-Related Bonus
Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the stunning West of the Scottish Highlands? If you have a proven track record in managing RC Steel framed buildings and associated works, along with SMSTS certification and over 5 years of experience in a similar role, I want to hear from you!

My Client is a well-established construction company known for delivering high-quality projects across Scotland. They are committed to excellence, safety, and professionalism in every aspect of their work. As they embark on an exciting project in the West of the Scottish Highlands, I am seeking a Site Manager to join their dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of an RC Steel framed Building Project. Your responsibilities will include:
·Managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring they are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
·Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to meet project timelines and budgetary constraints.
·Overseeing health and safety compliance on-site, conducting regular safety audits, and promoting a safety-first culture.
·Reporting project progress to senior management and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.
·Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and company standards.
·Managing site documentation, including drawings, permits, and reports.
·Leading and motivating your team to achieve project goals and milestones.
·Troubleshooting and problem-solving to keep the project on track and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
·SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
·Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Site Manager role, preferably in RC Steel framed Buildings and associated works.
·Strong leadership and communication skills.
·Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
·A proactive and safety-conscious approach to work.
·Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and best practices.
·Proficiency in Project Management software and Microsoft Office suite.
·Full UK driving license.
