- Are you an experienced and driven Residential Site Manager seeking an exciting opportunity to lead the construction of new build flatted developments? Look no further! We are currently recruiting for a Residential Site Manager to oversee our clients upcoming projects in the vibrant city of Edinburgh.

As a Residential Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of their new build flatted developments.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Residential Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
1.Overseeing the overall construction activities of new build flatted developments in Edinburgh.
2.Managing the day-to-day operations on-site, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
3.Implementing health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
4.Monitoring progress against the construction schedule and ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines.
5.Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with construction standards and specifications.
6.Managing site budgets and resources effectively to optimize project performance.
7.Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
8.Collaborating closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of architectural plans.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
1.Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential construction sector, preferably with experience in new build flatted developments.
2.Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
3.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
4.Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, and specifications.
5.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6.Proficient in project management tools and software.
7.Relevant certifications and qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
