I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Civils Contractor based in Aberdeenshire. Due to the award of several Projects, my client are looking to add to their strong Management team in the form of a Contracts Manager or strong Site Manager looking to step up.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years industry experience
Previous operational management experience
The ability to manage, coordinate and maintain multiple task requirements
Awareness and understanding of contracting principles
Strong civil engineering and utility sector knowledge
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
Responsibilities
• Management of site teams
• Client liaison
• Developing new clients
• Main Contractor reports & updates
• Director reports
• RAMS
• Managing Budgets
• Managing labour/plant
