- C&P Recruitment are delighted to bring to market an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician/Senior Architectural Technician to join an expanding eco-friendly house builder in Glasgow.
Our client produces a variety of sustainable housing which are designed by skilled specialist architects. Due to the high quality of their projects there is a huge demand for their houses throughout the UK. This presents a fantastic opportunity for you to further your career because as the company grows they have said they will be looking to promote from within.
You will become a key player for them, be able to provide your input and opinion and help shape further the way they work, really making your mark.
Duties
Your main duties will be taking the lead in the technical detailing and development of their close panel timber frame system and producing Buidling Warrant and Construction packages.
You will work closely with their design, manufacturing and on-site delivery teams, detailing projects and may be required to carry out site visits, inspections, and progress meetings as needed.
Must have
· Experience as an Architectural Technologist/Technician on a variety of residential projects
· Ability to problem solve
· Team player
· ARB Registration would be beneficial
· High level of detailing experience
The software they currently use is
· ArchiCAD BIM (training available)
· MS Office.
