Description
I am currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Managing Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for providing cost and contractual support to our construction team. As a SQS/MQS, you will be joining a well-established and highly respected company that is committed to delivering quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of tender and contract documents
Cost planning and budget management
Measurement and valuation of works
Administration of contracts
Resolution of contractual disputes
Risk management
Final accounts

Requirements:

8+ years' experience in a similar role
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
Good knowledge of construction contracts
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software

Salary and Benefits

Salary 58,000 - 65,000
