- One of Scotland's most prestigious and bespoke residential developers has an exciting and immediate opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor in their Edinburgh office. You will join a strong Commercial team and deliver all commercial aspects for residential developments across the East of Scotland.
Salary is in the region of £45000-£55,000, Car Allowance, Comprehensive Benefits, and Bonus Scheme.

This is a massive opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to fast-track your career with Bespoke Residential Developer.
You will be responsible for all commercial and surveying activities, ensuring financial objectives are met- often on multiple sites at various stages of the build programme.
To be considered you will ideally possess:
Experience within the new build Residential Sector delivering Private and Social housing
Working knowledge of Construction software tools such as COINS
Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
Experience across the wider Construction Industry with a main contractor will also be considered
In addition to the salary and package, you will get the flexibility to plan your day-to-day duties- including working hours and planned visits to the site all of which should cut down on travel and allow for a more flexible work/life balance.
