- Description
- We are currently looking for a Site Manager for an award-winning main contractor in Edinburgh who specialise within Internal Fit Out & Refurbishment.
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager who can take the lead on bespoke unique projects with values up to multi million pound+.
This role offers a real progression path as they promote from within, provide training and development and they're are those in the company who have progressed from Site Manager into Senior positions.
Duties
· Oversee projects from initial site set up ensuring they come in on time and in budget
· Ensuring a high level of H&S is upkept
· Man management and driving jobs on to completion
· Liaising with clients, other employees, architects etc.
· Quality control, toolbox talks, site reports
Must Have
· SMSTS
· CSCS
· First Aid
· Experience managing refurbishments/ fit outs
