- Are you an experienced Fit Out Site Manager looking for a new challenge with progression opportunities?
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join an award winning fit out contractor to oversee commercial fit out projects across central belt and occasionally working in other cities across Scotland.
This opportunity would suit someone that has extensive fit out experience, is used to taking the lead on site overseeing multi million pound projects. You will oversee the internal packages from inception to handover, taking responsibility for overseeing specialist trades, ensuring the project is delivered to programme and budget.
The requirements:
You must have a proven track record of working as a Fit-Out Site Manager
Ideally from a Joiner background
Hold current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work
Confident at managing sub-contractors and taking the lead at site meetings
