- Description
- C&P are currently looking for an Estimator for an Energy Efficiency construction company based in Bathgate, who are looking to strengthen there team as part of planned expansion.
Duties will include- Deliver the Estimating process to ensure work is undertaken to a commercial and quality standard
- Evaluating / negotiating sub-contractor's quotations
- Measurement and preparation of accurate quantities from tender documents in order to ensure maximum competitive edge
- Liaising with other departments including business development and bid manager
Must have- Experience with JCT Contracts & frameworks
- HND/HND in relevant subject (desirable)
- Proficient with microsoft office
- Energy services/social housing sector experience
- Estimating experience - minimum 2 years
