My client is a major house builder across th UK and has built up a reputation for deliverying quality units and innovative designs. The are constanatky aquiring new sites and being part of the extension and regeneration to existing towns adding a new zest to neighbourhoods and cretaing their own. There is in no doubt that the quality of housing they deliver makes a massive difference to the people living in them. The Role
The client is looking for a site manager to come into the company and start on a anew development that is about to commence. This is an exciting new development in Central Scotland where you will have the oppurtunity to put your managemnet skills and ways of working to practice in delivering your first development within the compnay. You will be tasked with managing all aspects of everyday site management, labour requirments as well as managing material ordering. You will begin the company with the insight of progressing with them and growing your experience and career prospects, the levels of progression are uncapped for the correct candidate. The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role the candidate must be able to show a past record for ambition and the ability to deliver quality units. As a site manager for a major housing provider you must have a track record in a similar sector with 3+ years in a housimng site managers capacity.
Further to this there are some other reuirements you must possess:
- CSCS Card at Site Manager Level.
- Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
- Valid SMSTS Training Certificate.
- Valid and recent refrences that can be contacted.
