Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Roofer looking for a secure, permanent role with a steady schedule and excellent earning potential?
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance & Repairs Roofer to join our team in Aberdeen. In this role, you will manage and carry out a structured schedule of pre-arranged repair and maintenance work across domestic properties throughout the Aberdeenshire region. A company van is fully provided for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Repair Work: Deliver high-quality roofing repairs and maintenance on domestic properties.
• Manage Schedules: Efficiently navigate and complete your pre-arranged daily itinerary of jobs.
• Digital Logging: Use and navigate a hand-held digital tablet to update job statuses, track materials, and log completions.
• Customer Service: Act as a professional face of the company when visiting residents' homes.
Requirements:
• Experience: Must be a time-served roofer or possess 2+ years of experience in a similar reactive maintenance or roofing repairs role.
• Licence: A valid, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using and navigating a mobile tablet for daily scheduling.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, punctuality, and high standards of workmanship.
