Description
Site Manager Needed - Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for an 8-week contract on a live housing development project in Renfrewshire.

Role Details
Location: Renfrewshire
Duration: 8 weeks
Start Date: Immediate
Project: Housing Development
Contract: Freelance / Temporary

Responsibilities
Overseeing day-to-day site operations
Managing subcontractors and site coordination
Ensuring health & safety compliance
Monitoring programme and quality standards

Requirements
Previous experience managing residential housing developments
Valid SMSTS
CSCS Card
First Aid Certification
