Description
Our client is an established contractor across the UK and Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join their team in Argyle & Bute (Port Ellen) and drive success across high-value projects.

The Role

You will manage a site (or major section) with a focus on safety, quality, programme, and commercial performance. Key duties include:

Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety/CDM legislation and company SHEQ policies.
Managing project programmes, monitoring progress, and chairing subcontractor meetings.
Planning site resources, maintaining accurate daily records, and producing progress reports.
Managing site logistics and subcontract packages in line with contractual requirements.
Reporting variations and commercial implications to the management team.

What We're Looking For

Education: BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in a similar Site Agent/Management role.
