- Collaboration: Work closely with the Site Management teams to identify commercial risks and opportunities on-site.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a professional who understands the pace of sub-contracting but possesses the rigour of a large-scale contractor background.- Education: Must hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) is essential.
- Background: Proven track record working with either a large main contractor or a large-scale specialist sub-contractor.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Location: Ideally based within commuting distance of Motherwell.
Why Join?
• Career Progression: We value internal growth and provide a clear pathway to Senior QS level.
