- Our client are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join their dynamic consultancy firm located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. They are a leading consultancy firm, committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients.
As a Commercial Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their commercial activities. You will be providing essential administrative support and ensuring all commercial documentation is accurate and compliant.
Key Requirements of the Role- Contract Management:Assist with the preparation, review, and administration of client and supplier contracts, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and correctly filed.
- Financial Administration:Support the finance team with invoicing, expense processing, and monitoring project budgets.
- Data Management:Maintain and update client databases and internal systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Reporting:Generate reports on commercial activities, project statuses, and key performance indicators.
- General Administration:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the consultancy team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Compliance:Ensure all commercial processes adhere to internal policies and relevant legal requirements.
Skills and Experience Required- Proven experience in an administrative or commercial support role, ideally within a professional services or consultancy environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or project management software is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
