An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a proactive, multi-award-winning and forward-thinking letting agency.
Would you like the freedom to run your own business within a business? In this role, Property Managers take full ownership of their own portfolio-managing everything from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
• Arrange tenant move-ins including inventories and check-ins
• Manage end-of-tenancy processes and prepare dilapidation reports
• Handle deposit returns and manage disputes
• Prepare leases and tenancy agreements
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Submit insurance claims and deposit dispute documentation
• Conduct regular property inspections and provide landlord reports
• Organise and conduct property viewings
• Serve notices for Short Assured and Private Residential Tenancies
• Process rent guarantee renewals
• Manage rent arrears and follow appropriate procedures
• Oversee HMO licensing and compliance
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in property management or a similar client-focused role. You'll need to be highly organised, proactive, and dedicated to delivering top-tier service.

• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Full, clean driving licence required
• Letwell or ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
