- Description
- Our client is a multidisciplinary consultancy, specialising in the management of real estate across the globe. With offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, they have now identified a requirement for a senior level valuation surveyor, to manage their existing portfolio of clients in central Scotland.
Responsibilities
·Your role will be to carry out valuation instructions efficiently and with a high degree of independence within the context of the wider Valuation Team. This will include the preparation of concise, and accurate valuation reports ready for Director review and sign ‐ off.
·Day to day, you will be expected to collaborate with valuation colleagues and to assume personal responsibility for valuation instructions.
·To identify opportunities to grow the Scottish Valuation business.
·To collaborate openly with colleagues across the business to realise new business opportunities.

Experience & Qualifications Required
·RICS qualification (FRICS/MRICS)
·RICS Registered Valuer
·A good working knowledge of the RICS Red Book' and relevant guidance notes.
·Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 software
·Proficiency in using valuation software, ideally including KEL and Argus Developer, although training in these applications can be provided where required
