- Description
- We are currently working with a well-established main Contractor with an excellent record of delivering high quality housing and commercial projects who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Edinburgh.
The Company
This is a well-known builder that works on projects ranging from new build commercial to large flatted developments.

· They don't overplay their hand on projects so they don't burn their staff out, and they have no need to work with below standard subbies and contractors.
· They are in a very strong financial position and will only start on a project once thoroughly checked over and financed, which has made them completely debt free.
· You will be working on a variety of interesting projects with great people.
The ideal candidate:
· BSC in Quantity Surveying or relevant experience
· Ideally 5+ years post grad experience (open to seeing experienced Assistants)
· Open to both residential and commercial background
· Proven experience completing commercial or residential projects start to finish
In return they are offering an attractive package including:
· Salary circa: £55,000 to £62,000
· Car Allowance: £5,000
