Role Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in Livingston. This is a full-time, on-site role, working Monday to Friday, with standard office hours.
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey. You will be responsible for handling a range of customer care duties including scheduling remedial works, coordinating with contractors and site teams, and ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
·Deliver a high standard of customer service and aftercare support
·Coordinate programming of works with contractors and customers
·Manage the end-to-end customer experience, from initial contact to resolution
·Maintain accurate records and documentation of all communications and works
·Serve as a primary point of contact, providing clear and professional communication
·Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently
·Follow up to ensure satisfactory completion of all customer issues
·Uphold the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction
Schedule
·Monday to Friday
·On-site in Livingston
Qualifications & Skills
·Proven experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a similar role
·Strong understanding of Customer Experience best practices
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Outstanding interpersonal skills and a calm, empathetic approach
·Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure
·Construction industry knowledge and familiarity with NHBC guidelines is a strong advantage
·Organised, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
