- This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Manager to join an award-winning bespoke housing developer in the East of Scotland.
C&P Recruitment is delighted to bring this new and exciting opportunity to market on behalf of a well-established and hugely successful UK-wide residential developer.
Our client is looking to attract an experienced Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for rectifying and resolving defects as well as dealing with customer aftercare on new build residential developments throughout their East of Scotland business. You will manage a team of operatives and their day-to-day work schedule. You will ideally have experience in a customer-facing role and be very motivated to deliver award-winning customer service, quality, and safety standards to recognise this there is an extremely attractive package on offer.
To be considered for this position you must have:
• Proven experience with working on new build residential developments
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Managerial experience with a Developer or Main Contractor
• A proven and consistent track record within the Residential Sector
• Be able to lead a team and mentor
• SMSTS, CSCS and other relevant qualifications
• Excellent knowledge of NHBC or equivalent
• Drive, enthusiasm and the ability to represent and reflect the company's high standards
• Strong stakeholder skills
