- Exciting Opportunity: Two Property Manager Positions Available in Dundee
About the Role:
We are recruiting two skilled Property Managers with a background in factoring to join a leading Property Management and Factoring Agency in Dundee.
Key Requirements:
Candidates must possess experience in factoring and a strong understanding of the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011 Code of Conduct. Familiarity with CPL Software is a plus. Please note that applicants without prior factoring experience will not be considered.
Role Overview:

Property Managers play a critical role, leveraging their expertise in day-to-day management to handle complex issues through direct client engagement, whether over the phone or in person.
Team Responsibilities:
The team's collaborative approach ensures that tasks such as repairs, proposed works, inspections, contract management, insurance, and general enquiries are efficiently managed. This structure allows Property Managers to maintain a proactive approach.
Responsibilities:
Provide a professional factoring service, fostering strong client relationships.
Conduct meetings with property owners, both in the office and on-site, as necessary.
Professionally handling emails.
Regularly visit developments to ensure ongoing services and repairs meet client expectations.
Manage all related administrative tasks, including effective communication via email and phone calls.
Qualifications:
Experience in property factoring is essential.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
A valid driving license is required.
