Our client is a leading Construction Main Contractor dedicated to building award-winning projects across the UK. With a strong commitment to our employees and a focus on growth, we're seeking a talented HR Administrator to support our team in Stirling.
As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions. You'll assist in recruitment processes, handle employee queries, maintain accurate records, and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records.
• Handle day-to-day HR tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
• Respond promptly and effectively to employee queries regarding HR-related issues.
• Support HR projects, such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an HR role or relevant administrative position.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
