- Description
- We are currently working with a leading building services company who due to planned growth are looking for experienced Mechanical Project Managers to join their team in Edinburgh.
Our client is well established, are on a number of frameworks and are currently going through an exciting period of growth in the East.
Projects they work on include, education, offices, leisure and student accommodation and range up to £10 million+
Your duties will include
· Pre-Construction, working with design and estimating teams
· Liaising with clients, members of the team, design team
· Procurement
· H&S
· Managing a site based team
Must have
· Demonstrable experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
· Mechanical background
· Ability to lead a team
· Excellent communication skills
