Our client is looking for a driven and customer service minded individual to join their team and help provide a fantastic service to its customers and clients.
The role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will provide support to the Sales Team. You will deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers. You will be expected to coordinate plant and related equipment and understand stock control. This role will require you to take ownership of the hire process, end to end.
Responsibilities will include:
Answer incoming calls, establish client requirements and log accurately and log enquiries in the correct category.
You will develop a good product knowledge of hire fleet and accessories.
Access product specifications and locate supporting documentation.
Identify stock availability and status.
Apply the hire rate pricing structure.
Identify correct client account and status - you will understand how to deal with accounts on stop.
You will produce and chase up quotations.
You will quality check client purchase orders.
Efficiently and accurately complete all physical and electronic documentation and administration associated with hire, service, exchanges, sales, or other related enquiries.
Key Skills:
Skilled multi-tasker, adapting quickly and flexible to changing circumstances.
You will ideally have previous sales experience.
Experience within the Plant Hire industry is desirable.
Reliable team player.
Customer focused and a genuine enthusiasm for excellent customer service.
Proficient Microsoft Office user: Word/Excel/Outlook/SharePoint
